Working in a factory where the majority of employees are latino, I find that some of my high school Spanish coming back to me. Slowly but surely I hear a word here, a phrase there, and I understand part of what is being said. As the days, weeks, months pass, I find that more and more I am learning real world Spanish. I even have a new nickname, Locita (roughly translates to crazy bitch). Yes, I’m crazy.
How do you pronounce that?
Lo kee ta?
or
Lo cee ta?
Lo kee ta.
